Vineyards in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Bucks and North Wiltshire are
represented by the Thames & Chilterns Vineyards Association.
The Thames and Chilterns have a number of scattered vineyards. Berkshire, is not strong, possibly due to the high cost of land, although Stanlake Park Winery is a major national producer. Oxfordshire is the developing area, with Bothy being probably the best known Boutique producer. Brightwell is the largest and most promising producer and the newly producing Bridewell Gardens has added to the small but significant number of organic producers
