Visitors to other vineyards are invariably asked ' have you been to Sharpham yet '? This is widely regarded as the star vineyard in the South West peninsula. The neighbouring vineyard of Beenleigh Manor grows Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in polytunnels and produces the best 'indoor' red wine in Britain.
