Large vineyard near the site of the Battle of Hastings. The winery is newly opened and has a capacity of 250,000 litres. The vineyard was first opened in 1982 with a 4 acre planting. This grew to 50 acres, with more planned. The vineyards face south, only a spears throw from the site of the battle of Hastings. The vines are German, selected to produce a good crop even in the worst climatic conditions. Wines are available by mail order. Publishes newsletter. | |
