The Jabajak is a high class hotel and restaurant at Llanboidy deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside north of Whitland. The farmhouse in which it is sited is over 150 years old and once housed a smithy for cattle on the trail from West Wales to London.
The restaurant specialises in locally sourced food.
The 1 hectare of vines were planted with a view to producing wines for the restaurant and as a delightful setting for civil weddings, receptions and parties. The first sparkling wine became available in time for Christmas, 2016

The hotel represents an ideal place from which to explore the rural splendour of Carmarthenshire.Nearby Whitland has a railway station on the Carmarthen to Fishguard line, a ruined abbey and the memorial Gardens of Hywel Dda. Hywel was the 9th Century ruler of Wales whose legal system was held up as a model of wisdom and which was in force until replaced by English Law in 1536.The gardens have slate plaques each representing a section of the law.A surviving copy of the text is held in the National Library of Wales at Aberystwyth
